Second thing you need to know is Gentle Rayne requires $1000 down as a non refundable deposit to hold your wedding date, then the remaining balance is due the day of your wedding. Deposits are collected via Venmo, or through our website (website has fees).

Next thing to know is Anything over 30 minutes away from Haysville, Ks. per Google maps will result in a travel & expenses fee of $200 per hour of travel (this is round trip). Travel will be rounded to the nearest 30 minutes. I try my very best to let you know if this pertains to you when I reply to your contact form.

Travel fees top out at $800 for any KANSAS wedding. If your wedding is out of state we will figure out travel & expenses after your package is picked.

Holidays or even some weekends of holidays can be the perfect time to have a wedding, I get it everyone is usually off. Instead of giving you some long drawn out reason or excuse, Im just going to cut to the chase and lay it out...

The following holidays/weekends will have a $500 charge for me to capture your big day <3

• May 20th, although this is not a holiday, It's my Wedding Anniversary <3
• Memorial Day/Weekend
• Independence Day/Weekend
• Labor Day/Weekend
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve/Day
